Delta Psi (Number 6)

The Number Six Club is a nationally-affiliated, co-ed literary fraternity. Since our founding in 1889, we have identified as a group that collectively aims to develop a cultured understanding of the world through discussion and debate. Our beautiful four-story, ivy-covered house, -located between Burton-Conner and MacGregor- features a library, machine shop, study room, game room, and kitchen handled by our amazing chef.

To its members, The Number Six Club is a home, a connection, a place where we can discuss questions about life and the world. It is a place to let off steam on the weekends, party, relax, and enjoy the little things, and it is a valued aspect of our MIT experience.

As a literary society, we pursue our interests through conversations and presentations, ranging from the arts to politics, from science to culture, and from philosophy to music. Additionally, we host a Lecture Series where distinguished academics and speakers provoke discussions amongst members and friends.
