Noah Wiley - President

Noah is currently a junior (Class of 2026) from San Francisco, CA majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Course 6-2). He is a member of Delta Tau Delta and has served as their social chairman and historian. Although he did not originally intend to rush, he now highly values MIT’s uniquely enriching and successful FSILG community. As President, Noah aims to position the IFC to foster lifelong interfraternal relationships and promote greater involvement in MIT's broader communities.

Noah’s interests include espresso, biking, and hanging out with friends.

Luc Gaitskell - Vice President

Luc is currently a junior (Class of 2026) from Providence, RI majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (6-2). As a member of Delta Tau Delta, Luc has served as their house manager, social chairman, and now as part of IFC Exec, he hopes to support and get resources to the IFC community. He is excited to represent the IFC’s perspective in conversations with MIT administration and believes in the IFC experience at MIT.

Some of Luc’s interests include espresso, running, and DJing.

Fabricio Neira - Exec. Asst + Treasurer

Fabricio is currently a sophomore (Class of 2027) from Madison, MS majoring in Biological Engineering (Course 20). Fabricio originally rushed because he found a community of people that would help him grow into the person he wanted to be. His motivation for joining IFC Exec includes his enjoyment of leadership in his own chapter (Phi Sigma Kappa) and his desire to help solve the problems faced by the broader MIT IFC community.

Fabricio’s interests include playing soccer, running, and learning rock solos on the acoustic guitar.

Andy Yang - Recruitment Chair

Andy is currently a freshman (Class of 2028) from Irmo, South Carolina majoring in Computer Science (6-3) and Political Science (17). As a member of Delta Tau Delta, Andy currently serves as their athletics chair and historian, and now, as IFC recruitment chair, he is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and transparent recruitment process that highlights the values of brotherhood, leadership, and personal growth within MIT’s Greek community.

Caleb Davis - IFC Risk Management Chair

Caleb is a sophomore (Class of 2027) from Houston, TX, majoring in Artificial Intelligence & Decision Making and Finance (Courses 6-4 and 15-3). He is a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon. Caleb deeply supports the bonds of brotherhood fostered by fraternities and seeks to help all MIT fraternities better address potential risks.

Apart from IFC, Caleb is in the MIT football team, SBC, Little Beavers and Camp Kesem.

Kush Khamesra - Judicial Committee Chair

Kush is currently a junior (Class of 2026) from Portland, OR double majoring in Computer Science with a focus on AI/ML (6-4) and Business Analytics (15-2). As a member of Phi Kappa Psi (formerly Thera Tau), Kush has served as their tech chair, JudComm chairman, and Professional Development Chair. Now as part of IFC Exec, he hopes to ensure fair and quick arbitration to resolve IFC conflicts.

Kush is also a caption for the MIT Men’s Varsity Water polo team and a member of MIT’s Entrepreneurship Club (MEC).

Nathan Kim - PR + Programming Chair

Nathan is currently a junior (Class of 2026) majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management (Course 2A & 15-1). Going into college, he had no plans on joining a fraternity, but after seeing what the FSILG communities were like at MIT, he rushed and joined Phi Kappa Theta. As PR + Programming Chair, he is dedicated to sharing what the IFC community is doing with the greater MIT community and highlighting the diverse communinities within IFC.

In his free time, Nathan likes videography & photography, hiking, and exploring new food scenes and review them on Beli.

Russell Perez-Tomas - Diversity Commitee Chair

Russell is currently a junior (Class of 2026) from West Palm Beach, FL majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Course 6-2) . He originally rushed Sigma Nu because of the welcoming community he found there, and then chose to join IFC Exec to be able to have a larger impact on the IFC and MIT communities as a whole.

Russell’s interests DJing, watching movies, playing the piano, and traveling to different countries!

Diego Temkin - SHARE Chair

Diego is a junior (Class of 2026) from McAllen, TX and is majoring in Computer Science and Engineering (6-3) and Urban Planning (11). A member of Theta Delta Chi, Diego serves as the Sexual Health and Relationship Education (SHARE) Chair for the IFC, and hopes to make a difference within the IFC community.

In his free time, Diego likes drinking far too much coffee, yapping about transportation, and playing with his cat Skateboard.
