Phi Delta Theta

Description: Originally built for the Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts in the early 20th century, our house is a six-story brownstone mansion located in beautiful Back Bay, near Boston University's campus and directly surrounded by dorms and apartments. The house is a block away from central locations such as Kenmore Square, and only a couple minutes from the Green Line T station. All rooms come equipped with a bed, desk, office chair, window AC unit, and closet space, along with access to our full industrial kitchen, washer/dryer, high speed internet, and bathrooms with amenities.

Phi Kappa Sigma

Phi Sigma Kappa

We have singles, doubles, triples, and quads available for renting over the summer.

The building is a beautiful four-story brownstone located in the Back Bay neighborhood, less than 200 feet from the Kenmore T station. Fenway Park and Newbury Street are a short 5-minute walk away. The fraternity owns a house next door that will be home to our Summer Housing Manager, who will be on call to respond to any issues renters may have.

Each double, triple, and quad comes with their own small kitchenette (fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, and oven) and bathroom. Beds in most rooms are lofted, leaving lots of floor space. Singles are attached to the larger rooms, meaning they share a kitchen and bathroom with the larger room.

Air conditioning units are available for renters that do not have one. The building has a washer and dryer. Parking is not provided. Bikes can be stored in the first floor of the building.

Zeta Beta Tau

Looking for summer housing? Come stay at the mansion of Zeta Beta Tau this summer. We are located in Brookline at 58 Manchester Road.

Perks of the house include multiple common spaces, such as the main common room, the chapter room with a large TV, study room, an in-house gym, and a game room, an industrial kitchen with large refrigerators and pantry, and bike storage. Other amenities include MIT WiFi, free in-house washers and dryers, free parking for summer residents, and flexibility in regards to partial stays (discounted price). On weekdays, we will have a van that will drive between the house and MIT campus once every morning and every evening.

CAMBRIDGE, MA

Delta Kappa Epsilon

We have singles, doubles, triple, and quads available for renting over the summer. 

Our house contains five stories, with residential rooms available on the third, fourth, and fifth floors. Each residential floor has one restroom outfitted with three sinks, one full-size mirror, one urinal, one stall, and one shower; the exception to this is the third floor which has 6 sinks, 3 showers, two stalls, and one urinal. The first floor contains our full-size and fully-equipped kitchen, including an industrial-sized refrigerator and freezer, which are available for lessee use. We also have a laundry room available with a new high-efficiency washer and two dryers at no additional charge. The second floor contains the main common areas of the house: a large dining room, a pantry equipped with dinnerware for general use and a dishwasher, a living room with sofas, and a library full of books suitable for both leisure and education. Our house is secured by a front door system that requires a code to enter, and each residential room is individually lockable to help ensure the safety of you and your belongings. Our prices include all utilities and rent for the entire renting period specified above. Additional amenities provided at no further cost include high-speed wireless and wired internet. Each lessee is provided a full or twin extra-long mattress and bed frame. Most rooms are furnished with sofas, dressers, desks, coffee tables, office chairs, lamps and air conditioning units. Other furniture and appliances can be found around the house and used to furnish one’s room on a first-come-first-serve basis. Finally, parking spots in our lot start at $475.
