For generations, Theta Delta Chi at 372 Memorial Drive has been home to MIT students who don’t just talk about ideas; they make things happen. Founders. Engineers. Athletes. Leaders. People who built companies, careers, friendships, and communities that lasted long after graduation.

In 2027, TDC starts a new chapter.

Founders House will be a fully renovated home on the Charles for a founding cohort of MIT students who want more out of their fraternity house than a place to sleep. You’ll help shape the culture, traditions, and community from day one, supported by a multigenerational alumni network of entrepreneurs, builders, and leaders who’ve been where you are now.
